The funeral of John Thomas Burgess July 1956 - November 2021 was held at St. Bertolines Church Barthomley

There was a fantastic number of people and they were all there to celebrate John’s life and give support to Lucy, Sarah and Sophie and family.

The service was led by Rev Peter Ennion and John was interred in a new grave in the churchyard.

Ample refreshements were provided in the Village Hall. There were pictures of John through the years on display
